Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Item

Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging; please note that custom-fabricated or weathered corten pieces may be subject to restocking fees.

Arrange Shipping

Ship the item back to our Irish warehouse using a tracked courier service; due to the weight of steel products, we recommend using our approved heavy-goods partners.

Inspection and Refund

Once our team inspects the returned goods for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
